B1/B2 12 Team Ladies League

Venue:
The Courthouse Volleyball Centre,

21 St. Anne's Crescent, Paradise, NL

 

Time:
7PM-10PM, Wednesdays starting February 12 and concluding with playoff night on May 28, 2025.

Information:

• Teams will register as B1 or B2 and then play double round robin for 5 weeks. At the end of the 5 weeks, the bottom two teams from B1 will move down into B2 and the top two teams from B2 will move up into B1. This will be followed by another double round robin and the top 2 and bottom 2 teams will move up or down again. The final round will be double round robin for 5 weeks which will be used for standings heading into the final playoff night on May 28.

• Teams will play 2 matches (with no 3rd set) per night.

• There will be no bye weeks.

• Teams will either play in Wave 1 (7PM) or Wave 2 (~8:30PM)

• No individual player registrations will be accepted for this league.

• Teams are recommended to have a minimum of 9 players.

• Teams MUST ensure they do not default by having less than 5 players on their team show up. Any team that defaults will be issued a warning and if a second default occurs, that team will be unable to join the next round of the league.

• Teams can borrow 1 player from another team as needed on any given night.

• League results will be updated weekly and can be viewed on our website: www.wreckhousevolleyball.ca

• You do not need separate NLVA registration to participate in this league.

• Registration $1500.00/team. Payable by EMT (send to wreckhousesports@gmail.com) by January 26, 2025.

• Team lists (name and email address of each player) should be forwarded by email within 10 days of confirmation of registration.
