What is Newfoundland Excellence Program?

Wreckhouse Volleyball's Newest Program!
NEP has been designed for female athletes who aspire to play at a higher level (provincial team, post-secondary). We are looking for highly motivated athletes who want to learn from and train with top coaching staff.

Program 1: 14U (born in 2010, 2011, or 2012)
Program 2: 16U (born in 2008 or 2009)
​
Program Details:
August 18-24, 2024
Powerplex, St. John's

12 athletes and 1 Head Coach per team
-
Teams will train together for 5 days and then compete against other teams in two days of competition
-
Training will include: team training, position specific training, yoga, mental skills and nutrition sessions as well as team building

4 teams will be selected per age group

Program Cost:
$695 + tax & processing fee*
*these fees are payable once you have been selected and accepted your program spot*

What does the fee go towards?
-
All programming/training including specialized sessions, gym rental, coach honourariums, awards, NEP jersey, NEP hoodie, NEP water bottle
